Xbox Game Pass September 2026 Joining Titles
August may have had some great Game Pass additions including Beast of Reincarnation and Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy but overall, it was a fairly average month especially for Ultimate and PC Game Pass members. Thankfully, September is already looking 10x better, with nine titles confirmed for the service before Microsoft has even announced the official Wave 1 lineup.
Even better, six of those titles are scheduled to arrive during the first half of the month which means the official Wave 1 announcement should add several more games to an already solid schedule.
So far we have some notable titles in there like the Moonlighter 2 console release which also coincides with its v1.0 launch. Speedrunners 2 is finally launching after a couple of months delay. We also have Dune Awakening which will debut on console and go straight to Game Pass. And most recently, SEGA confirmed that Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage will also join Game Pass. The announcement came through a Producer Letter released yesterday.
