After making its debut on PC last year, Winds of Arcana Ruination has finally arrived on Xbox. The fantasy Metroidvania is now available for Xbox Series X|S players bringing its blend of fast-paced combat, exploration, and battlemage progression to a whole new audience. Even better for Game Pass members, the game launches day one on the service.

Winds of Arcana Ruination Launches on Xbox and Joins Game Pass

Winds of Arcana Ruination officially launched in November 2025 which was a month that’s not easy for any new release. In that same month, major titles like Call of Duty Black Ops 7 and Kirby Air Riders were also making their debut.

Despite this crowded launch window though, it still found an audience that appreciated what it brought to the genre.
