With Marathon Update 1.0.5, Bungie is increasing item stack sizes and outlining a roadmap for advanced PC features like DLSS 3.5, proving that they are committed to a polished, long-term ecosystem.

Inventory management is the silent killer of extraction hype. Bungie is finally moving away from the restrictive item limits that forced players into constant “spring cleaning” sessions between matches.

By increasing stack sizes for common materials and adding more grid space, the focus shifts back to the intense FPS gameplay. You can now stockpile essential medical supplies and rare tech without sacrificing a high-tier weapon slot.

A roomier vault means you’ll finally be able to stock up on consumables, ammo, grenades, and salvage. Bungie is also promising new vault filters for your keys and backpacks.
