Sony announced the December lineup for Playstation Plus Extra and Premium which will be available starting December 16th. Well, most of them since one has already entered the Game Catalog as Skate Story launched day-one in the service on Monday.
PlayStation Plus Extra Free Games For December 2025
It’s another banger of a month for PS Plus Extra and Premium members as 10 games are confirmed for December. The lineup which closes 2025 includes not just a day-one launch with Skate Story, but also headlined by Assassin’s Creed Mirage, which many consider the best entry to the series.
Another worth mentioning is Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. While many often get intimidated with soulslike games, this one from Team Ninja helped a few gamers get their bearing in the genre. It’s still difficult but compared to many, it’s relatively manageable.
Also included is LEGO Horizon Adventures which is an interesting entry since it’s quite rare for a title to be both on the Essential and Extra offering in the same month. But hey, it works. Future Extra and Premium members who missed it on Essential will be able to play it on Game Catalog until it leaves the service.

PlayStation Plus Premium Games For December 2025
Premium members can also now play Soulcalibur 3 as it enters the PS Plus Classic Catalog on the 16th. Like the Game Catalog additions, this fighting game originally released for Playstation 2, is a solid year-ender for Premium members who like their throwbacks.

In other Playstation Plus news, don’t forget to download the Essential games this month which is a 5-game lineup. LEGO Horizon Adventures, Killing Floor 3, Synduality Echo of Ada, The Outlast Trials, and Neon White can be downloaded until January 5, 2026.
