Reef Entertainment officially announced that Terminator 2D NO FATE will no longer launch on September 5th. The new release date is now scheduled on October 31st so although there’s a delay, it’s not that long of a wait.
Terminator 2D NO FATE Delayed to October
The delay was officially announced on Reef Entertainment’s X account earlier today, citing that it was because of the physical release. Basically, the manufacturing of this version took longer than expected. Granted that the game is also available digitally but to this, the team behind Terminator 2D NO FATE would like to launch both physical and digital at the same time.
They further stated that the almost 2 months push back will also allow Bitmap Bureau to make further refinements for the day one patch.

The response from the community has been great since the beginning, and that didn’t change with the delay. Many fans were supporting the decision, agreeing that if more time is needed, then they will wait. But hopefully, it doesn’t get pushed back again.
Terminator 2D NO FATE will launch on October 31, 2025 for PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
