purchased the borderlands 2 Handsome Collection pack. Absolutely no problems. Fast and easy payment. I recieved the product after 5secs.
I purchased a product and completed the payment — I approved the transaction, but it didn’t go through. The site told me not to refresh the page for 10 minutes, but nothing happened after I paid. I tried the process again, but the transaction still failed. So, even though I approved the transaction, the money hasn’t been withdrawn, and I haven’t received any key in return. I suggest choosing a different website, as this one doesn’t seem very reliable.
The worst experience so far, stay away, I bought a Steam key, they sent me a used key, they told me that they will resolve the issue shortly, after more than 4 hours I contacted them again and they told me that they need 24 hours to resolve the issue (sent me a new steam key ), I asked for a refund but they denied it, they said I have to wait for my case to be resolved. 8 hours later, still waiting, no key, no refund. It was the first and last time, never again.
All good and very fast, plus no hidden fees - in fact discount better than shown.
