Purchased a "LIFETIME" subscription for Malwarebytes Premium. Worked for a while, deactivated itself, customer service refuse to respond after just saying "we don't sell MB products anymore, try others, here's 10% off"
Force you to create an account. State different price than final and add hidden fees.
Placed an order, order immediately became pending review, emailed support and they requested photo ID to get my keys or they'd refund me. Who in their right mind would give photo id to a grey key site?! Hard no from me, avoid like the plague.
Selling out of stock keys. ("Restocking") I don't get any key, but my money is gone. Ty.
Had a small issue where the order verification was taking longer than expected, reached out to their email, got a reply within a MINUTE, entire issue was resolved within 10 minutes.... Amazing customer service.
