Finally, we have Needle Sleep. This one drops you into the decaying halls of an abandoned surgical hospital. It blurs the line between wakefulness and a medical coma, creating an incredibly claustrophobic atmosphere. Deciding whether to run for help or hide in the sterile shadows makes every single sound feel like a death sentence.
