The wait is almost over for RPG fans as Solasta II is finally ready to make its debut. The folks over at Tactical Adventures have a few surprises lined up to celebrate this major milestone so make sure you’re around when the game unlocks.

 

Solasta 2 Remake Removes Denuvo

One of the titles featured during The Game Awards 2025 where it officially revealed its release date, Solasta II is now on its final stretch. The game will launch on March 12, 2026, for PC via Steam. While the first game is also on GOG, the sequel will remain on Steam for now. Don’t lose hope though if you prefer GOG as it’s probably going to be available there too when it launches in full.

As a sequel, Solasta II builds directly on the foundations of the first game. The original Solasta: Crown of the Magister gained praise for its faithful tabletop-inspired mechanics, tactical turn-based combat, and player-driven storytelling. The sequel aims to expand that formula with improved systems, a larger world to explore, and more depth across character progression and encounters. Seems interesting? For those planning to dive in on day one, Solasta II will unlock on March 12, 2026 at 9:00 AM PT / 12:00 PM ET / 4:00 PM GMT. The game will launch at $39.99 / €39.99 / £33.99, with Tactical Adventures confirming that regional pricing will apply. For example, players in Brazil will see the game priced at 109.99 BRL, a lower amount than what a direct conversion from the USD price would be.

The developers have also confirmed that a launch discount will be available, although the exact percentage has not yet been revealed.

As for what players can expect from the Early Access version, the game’s Steam page details a solid chunk of content available from day one. Players can expect around 10 to 15 hours of gameplay, featuring an interactive world map, hidden bosses, and bonus locations. Then to help immerse players even further in the world, the game will include fully voiced dialogues.

Early Access will include 10 adventure levels, though progression will initially be capped at level 4. Players will be able to create their party using 4 different ancestries, 6 classes, and 13 subclasses, giving plenty of room to experiment with different builds and strategies starting March 12.

Tactical Adventures is also hosting a special celebration livestream 30 minutes after the game goes live. The developers themselves will jump on stream, jokingly describing the event as them “drinking beers and eating snacks while sharing development tidbits.”

Beyond the casual hangout though, the stream will also include Steam key giveaways so that’s perfect for fans who just don’t have the budget right now.
