After months of rumors, Nintendo has officially revealed the actors who will play Link and Zelda in the upcoming The Legend of Zelda movie.
It’s official, Nintendo has announced Benjamin Evan Ainsworth (The Haunting of Bly Manor) will play Link in the upcoming live-action adaptation of The Legend of Zelda. Bo Bragason (Renegade Nell) will star as Zelda.
The announcement came from Shigeru Miyamoto, co-creator of the Zelda games, via the official Nintendo social media profile on X.

Evan Ainsworth is a 16-year-old English actor who starred in the Netflix mini-series The Haunting of Bly Manor and played a leading role in Son of a Critch, before starring alongside Bryah Cranston in the recent Everything’s Going to Be Great.
Bragason is another English star who features in the BBC’s Three Girls and The Jetty, before playing a role in The Radleys and Disney+’s Renegade Nell.
