343 Industries has dropped new Halo Infinite content for what they are calling a Big Team Battle (BTB) refresh. Joining the Halo Infinite BTB playlist is five new community maps that feature vehicular and ground combat and are available across five modes. So, let’s dive in and have a look at what’s in the latest update.
Fortitude is a large map where staying away from the middle seems to be the key to victory. Or, if you prefer, feel free to jump straight into the melee and get into the thick of the action.
Available Modes:
Insolence is all about big weapons and heavy vehicles. Like the best Halo maps, this one is largely symmetrical with a particular lean towards epic CTF battles.

Obituary is a nod to Halo 2, with dual wraiths, different levels, and plenty of enclosed spots for engagement.

Refuge is a hauntingly beautiful map where nature has overtaken. It comes with an all-new mode.

Thunderhead is what happens when everything is BIG! Massive open spaces, lots of areas to wreak havoc, and a spot at the top of the map that will give you a complete bird’s eye view of the battle raging below. This map is for those that truly love BTB.
