I bought it, played it and finished it. The result: it's OKish but for sure not worth the money. It's kind of a short expansion story to the original version. I thought it would be more interesting and more longer (hours), but at the end I realised that it was not really worth buying it. Sorry to disappoint. I'm a RE fan too, but I had higher expectations from this last expansion DLC.
It's nice to see that the developers care about the community and give them something while they wait for RE4 Remake.
The Winters' Expansion is a beautiful extension of what Village already has, offering plenty of new ways to have fun
