Hell Let Loose: Vietnam will feel very familiar for those who played HLL, with very few differences besides the setting and maps. It's a strategic first-person shooter with different classes and with battles that can accommodate up to 100 players. Choose a side, pick your class, role and join a squad to help your team reach and complete the objectives across the map.
I spent countless hours on the previous HLL. It had a real sense of historical accuracy. It’s an FPS that will frustrate those who want to respawn and kill enemies in a matter of seconds using slides and other modern tricks. Here, you run, things are constantly moving, visibility isn’t great, recoil is ever-present, and so are the constraints. And I’m certain that the Vietnam setting will be sadly well-recreated.
The very polished and satisfying multiplayer war game is back in Hell Let Loose Vietnam with a new location, changing the WW2 for Vietnam, allowing us to play on either side. The game is very fun offering 50 vs 50 battles in iconic locations and offers lots of specialisations, historically accurate weapons, vehicles and of course the expected tunnels on the Vietnamese side. War games fans can’t miss this chance, as it has been long since the last online game in this historical period.
