This nonlinear platformer is a gem of Metroidvania genre. With its captivating and surreal design, grim yet attractive world ANIMAL WELL is truly a unique experience. All items that you pick up have different ways to be used, and sometimes they are needed for some quite complex puzzles. If you like such kind of games, that don't even hesitate to pick it up!
ANIMAL WELL is a metroidvania (like) and a pixel-graphic platform game where you have few abilities... but where the use of the environment is exceptional. Small details allow you to progress, discover secrets, and face and defeat bosses. Progression is non-linear, and the more you play, the more fun you'll have. A game that seems simple and unremarkable at first, but very deep and satisfying in the end!
ANIMAL WELL is a metroidvania that relies heavily on puzzles and using the environment to solve them.
