American Truck Simulator is getting a big expansion as SCS Software announced that the game is crossing over the border and heading to British Columbia. Get ready for more breathtaking scenery as we go to the westernmost province of Canada.

American Truck Simulator British Columbia DLC announced

Just when we thought the American Truck Simulator couldn’t get better, it did! SCS Software revealed that the hit sim game is taking the road to the north and crossing over to British Columbia.

If you’ve ever been to that side of the world, you know that the scenery and historical landmarks are next level. If you haven’t, go ahead and look it up, because when this DLC drops, you’ll definitely want to hit the road and experience it firsthand.

BREAKING: A new content drop for American Truck Simulator that is NOT Season 1 codenamed “Granite” with release date of October 28th has been datamined from the EA App. ️

According to the Steam page description, the expansion will take players through the city of Vancouver, include a ferry ride to Vancouver Island, and feature the stunning landscapes of Whistler. Yes, the same one from the 2010 Winter Olympics. Players can also travel routes with breathtaking views of Mount Robson, Coquihalla Summit, Rogers Pass, and the Okanagan Valley.

SCS Software has not yet announced a release date for the British Columbia DLC, but it’s already available to wishlist now on Steam.

Also worth mentioning that American Truck Simulator’s sister, Euro Truck Simulator 2, is also expanding. Alongside the reveal of the BC expansion, Euro Truck is taking the road to Ireland!
