After opening their show with a live performance from a chamber orchestra while footage from various Assassin’s Creed games played in the background, Ubisoft went on to reveal several games and announce new updates for existing ones that should get any fan excited. Here’s a recap of what they had to show:

WATCH DOGS LEGION

After information leaked about the new Watch Dogs being set in London and letting players control every NPC they can recruit, seeing Watch Dogs Legion at the show wasn’t much of a surprise. Fortunately, it seems Ubisoft found a way to remedy the hype-busting leak — an extensive gameplay reveal. Here’s a look at how Legion plays, plus the official reveal trailer:

Creative director Clint Hocking talked a bit about the ambitious hook of the game — play as and recruit any citizen in the game world. The game’s cutscenes and dialogue change depending on who you’re playing as. The game comes out on March 6th, 2020 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

RAINBOW SIX SIEGE OPERATION PHANTOM SIGHT

Rainbow Six Siege esportscaster Parker “Interro” Mackay was shown on-screen briefly to breeze through some of the things coming in Year 4 and introduce a new trailer for the game’s 13th season. Have a gander below:

Season 13, dubbed as Operation Phantom Sight, introduces two new operators — Warden and Nook. The new season goes live today.

BRAWLHALLA x ADVENTURE TIME

Adventure Time’s Jake and Finn are coming to Brawlhalla as playable guest characters. They’re also bringing Princess Bubblegum, a brand new mode, and a new stage. Check out the update’s trailer below:

The update is now live on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Switch.

GHOST RECON BREAKPOINT

John Bernthal, who plays main antagonist Cole D. Walker, came up on stage to talk about the latest Tom Clancy game — Ghost Recon Breakpoint. In the upcoming shooter, players will have to face off with an army of former Ghosts who have gone rogue to follow Walker’s ideals. Here’s a look at the game’s E3 trailer:

Community developer Laura Cordrey also took the stage to talk about the game’s post-launch plans. Ghost Recon Delta Company was also announced, a community program aimed to support Ghost Recon fans of every form.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint goes on beta on September 5th. You can register here for a chance to join the beta. You can also pre-order the game for guaranteed access.

The game goes into full launch on October 4th and Ubisoft is promising that it’ll be supporting the game for years to come.

FOR HONOR SHADOWS OF THE HITOKIRI

A trailer for a new limited-time mode (LTM) coming to For Honor was also shown during the conference. It’s called Shadows of the Hitokiri and it seems to be inspired by supernatural lore from Japan. Check it out for yourself below:

Shadows of the Hitokiri is live now.

RAINBOW SIX QUARANTINE

Another new Tom Clancy game was announced at E3. Dubbed, Rainbow Six Quarantine, this one will focus on PvE co-op as opposed to Siege’s competitive team PvP. Here’s our first look at the game:

No other details were announced except that it’ll arrive in early 2020.

THE DIVISION 2

The Division 2’s segment started with a thank you video for its players and an invitation for new players to try out the game for free from June 13th to 16th. The game will also be getting its first major content drop in the form of Episode 1: D.C. Outskirts Expeditions this July. Episode 2 will follow in the fall, adding the Pentagon and the game’s 2nd raid. Finally, Massive showed off a peek at Episode 3, which you can view below:

Episode 3 is slated to arrive in Early 2020.

A The Division movie is also in the works. Ubisoft has partnered up with streaming giant Netflix to bring the project to life.

UPLAY+

Confirming rumours that circulated before E3, vice president for platform and product management Brenda Panagrossi took the stage to announce Ubisoft’s new PC subscription service called UPlay+. The service will cost $14.99 a month, but signing up right now will give you a free month when the service launches in September. You can check out the announcement trailer below:

For the same price, Xbox Games Pass Ultimate will let you play games on either PC or Xbox One and throws in an Xbox Live Gold subscription for free. Of course, if you love Ubi’s games and only play on PC, the premium price point might not be a problem for you. Also, UPlay+ will be coming to the Google Stadia streaming service in 2020.

ROLLER CHAMPIONS

Ubisoft’s new roller derby IP was finally announced at E3 with a new trailer.

Not only that, but they also showed off some edited gameplay showcasing the game’s fast-paced action and flashy moves.

Here’s the kicker — you can play the game’s alpha right now by downloading it from UPlay. The alpha demo is only available until the 14th so make sure to get it while it’s up.

GODS & MONSTERS

To end the show, Ubisoft Quebec revealed a new game that they’ve been working on for the past 4 years — Gods & Monsters. A short teaser was shown which you can watch below:

Aside from it being based around mythology and its release date of February 25th, 2020, no other details were revealed.

Aside from the games above, Ubisoft also showed off a new mobile game called Tom Clancy’s Elite Squad, a TV show they’re consulting on called Mythic Quest Raven’s Banquet (it’s not what you think), and a performance from the iconic dancing panda and the rest of the Just Dance crew.

So that’s it for the Ubisoft E3 2019 press conference. Watch Dogs Legion and Ghost Recon Breakpoint definitely stole the show this year, but there’s also a lot of other promising titles and updates to watch out for from the publisher.
