Tencent Games and Grey State Studio have announced Rules of Engagement: The Grey State, a new and upcoming free-to-play, first-person tactical RPG shooter. So far, there is no official release date, but the FPS is available to wishlist on Steam.

The game takes place in what the developers are calling a “horrorverse,” which they hope to expand using “iconic monsters” from books, movies, and even creepypastas.
