Rainbow Six Siege Doktor’s Curse Halloween Event is Back

Rainbow Six Siege is all geared up for the Halloween with the return of the limited-time event Doktor’s Curse which runs from October 12 – November 2.

What is Rainbow Six Siege Doktor’s Curse Event?

Doktor’s Curse was first added as a limited-time event in Year 4. It features the 5v5 Monster Hunt Mode where one team takes the role of Exterminators, and the rest Monsters. Players in the Exterminator team are attackers, while those in the Monster team are defenders.

As attackers, the Exterminators’ objective is to eliminate all the Monsters, while the Monsters either have to stay alive, or defeat the Exterminators.

New Monster Hunt for 2021

This year, Monster Hunt mode has a new version. In this new version, Monsters Lion and Jackal join the Exterminators, and they are armed with Breaching Hammers and one of three gadgets: Eyenox Model III (Jackal), Heartbeat Sensor (Pulse) and EE-ONE-D (Lion).

Over on the Monster side, Lesion, Frost, Kapkan, Smoke, and Ela are joined by newcomers Aruni and Melusi. The Monsters have no weapons, but they can use traps and can become momentarily invisible and run fast to escape.

The event also comes with the updated Doktor’s Curse Collection which has a total of 48 items that you can get exclusively during the event’s run. The collection contains bundles for Smoke, Kapkan, Frost, Lesion, Doc, Bandit and Ela, plus bundles for the new Monsters: Jackal, Lion, Aruni, Melusi, and Kaid.

Log in between October 12th until November 2nd and you’ll get a Doktor’s Curse pack for free. The other three packs can be earned through Ubisoft Challenges.
