KRAFTON confirms inZOI is coming to PS5 in Early Access by 2026, Xbox version still under discussion!

inZOI is the new Life Sim in development by the in-house team of the South Korean publisher KRAFTON, Inc. An ambitious new project unveiled in 2023 at G-STAR with a demo of its customization and world. This was followed by some collab events and the first playable demo at Gamescom 2024. Debuting on March 28, 2025, on Steam in Early Access.

It received strong initial success despite some criticism about performance and content. With development that fans called rather slow, but with the arrival of a free summer-themed DLC set to release on August 20, 2025. inZOI on PS5: KRAFTON Makes it Official

Following the announcement of the release date for the Island Getaway DLC in inZOI, the KRAFTON team keeps the surprises coming. Announcing just today, August 13, 2025, the confirmation of their ambitious Life Sim’s arrival on PS5.

The PS5 launch will also be in Early Access, with the official page now live and inviting fans to add it to their Wishlist on PlayStation. The team will share more details about it later, along with a precise date. They also confirmed they are evaluating a potential port to Xbox Series X/S as well.

 

The Latest News on inZOI

This is awesome news for Life Sim fans on PS5 who will, hopefully soon, be able to play KRAFTON’s Life Sim. There’s certainly a challenge on the performance side, given the heavy impact of its system requirements. This seems to be the biggest hurdle for confirming the Xbox version, specifically due to the more limited hardware of the Series S.

And speaking of hardware, InZOI Studio has also confirmed the game’s arrival on macOS. Specifically, starting from version 15.0 Sequoia with a minimum hardware of the M2 Chip and 16 GB of RAM. The team will reveal the macOS launch date soon. In the meantime, they’re inviting fans not to miss the special inZOI@Cahaya livestream on August 15 with the showcase of the new DLC.
