Monsters Are Coming! Rock & Road big day arrives! This roguelike tower defense game finally launches today, November 20, for PC via Steam, GOG, and on Xbox Game Pass.

It’s been an exciting road to launch day for Ludogram and Raw Fury. From the initial announcement in June, the game has had a successful closed beta, press demos including one at Gamescom, a public demo which has had 2 revisions, and now launch day. All in just under 6 months! And while that seems “not enough” for many games, Monsters Are Coming! Rock & Road was able to pull it off, and if the demo (as it is already) was anything to go by, it’s a banger of a game.

There were many chances to play the game early, however, regardless of which demo you had the chance to access including the latest one from Steam Next Fest, any saved date will not carry over to the full game.

According to the team, “the demo is no longer an accurate representation of what Monsters will launch into.” Among the adjustments that were made was in connection with the meta-progression system and the compass currency system. The demos were fun but the game is bound to be even better.

And now at launch day, you don’t have to wait too long for the final build. Monsters Are Coming! Rock & Road will launch at 6AM PT / 9AM ET / 2PM GMT today. In celebration of this milestone, the game offers a 12% launch discount as soon as it unlocks.

As for those on Xbox Game Pass, members of Ultimate and PC tiers can play the game at no additional cost. It’s the 17th title to enter the service this month. It is joined today by The Crew Motorfest which also lands on Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
