HellHeart Breaker (HHB) is the new roguelite-style dungeon crawler from the team at BattleBrew Productions. A small development team from Singapore, mainly known for the BattleSky mobile game series. But they had a solid debut on Steam with Cuisineer in 2023, which landed on Consoles in early 2025.

With HHB, they’re offering an experience that’s still in the roguelite and dungeon crawler style, but with an interesting mix of dating sim mechanics. With lots of characters to meet who will grant us various powers. But depending on our choices, we’ll be forced to face them. HellHeart Breaker: BattleBrew Productions’ New Dungeon Crawler Revealed

With a surprise announcement, the BattleBrew Productions team announces a new game in development. The announcement came on July 4, 2025, where the team revealed HellHeart Breaker for the first time. A new roguelite dungeon crawler adventure, with dating sim mechanics.

Accompanied by the official trailer that shows us the main features of the game. Featuring a dungeon crawler-style adventure where we can meet various girls from the Underworld of Aashraya. Where each character will grant us unique powers and skills, but where the rejected characters will become bosses. The team plans to launch the game in Q1 2027 on Steam.

 

HellHeart Breaker: What the Title Offers and Team News

HellHeart Breaker presents itself as an interesting formula. Where the dating sim component will be an integral part of the experience. Having a strong impact on the gameplay and not just as an additional feature. Offering:

  • Story: We’ll find ourselves trapped in Aashraya, the last city in the 1920s Shanghai-inspired Underworld. A place inhabited by mysterious creatures divided among the 7 clan regions.
  • 7 Characters to Date: We will have the chance to build relationships with 7 girls from the various clans. Each with her own personality, circumstances, and problems.
  • Weapons and Abilities: With access to 35 weapons for every occasion. As well as access to 7 Skill Trees, each granted by the relationship with one or more girls.
  • Side Activities: Lots of minigames including fishing, home decoration, and even dating minigames. But also the ability to customize your appearance and a variety of dishes.

With the most interesting feature being the one where, depending on our choices, we will have to face the very girls we rejected as bosses. Thus offering strong replayability and some twists to the experience. Meanwhile, among the most recent news, the team is preparing for the launch of Love In Tiny Spaces. The humorous little stealth and dating sim game coming on July 31, 2025, to Steam.
