Bungie has made all content and expansions available for two weeks as part of Destiny 2 Open Access. Starting July 8, the free-to-play looter shooter’s expansions will be available to try until July 22.
Starting from July 8, Destiny 2 Open Access will grant free access to all the first-person shooter’s expansions, including Beyond the Light and The Final Shape, until July 22.
The time-limited event is available across all platforms, offering new and returning players a chance to experience the full MMO at no cost across PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.

What Expansions Are Included?
To celebrate “Bungie Day” (July 7), past, present, and new players can play through all available Destiny 2 expansions as part of Open Access. Those DLCs include The Final Shape, Lightfall, The Witch Queen, and the Echoes, Revenant, and Heresy Episodes from The Final Shape are available until July 15.
What’s more is that any gear, titles, triumphs, and cosmetics earned throughout your playtime during Open Access are yours to keep forever if you continue your journey.
How to Access the Free Expansions
The Destiny 2 Open Access event is available to all players regardless of platform or subscription. Players can access the expansions in-game, and Bungie is holding a massive sale on Steam, with select expansions discounted up to 92%.
Open Access begins July 8 on PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Microsoft Store, and Epic Game Store, with the Episodes available for free until July 15 and expansions playable for free until July 22.
