Teamfight Manager is an ingenious combination of a management sim and an auto battler game developed by Team Samoyed, become a coach of a pro-e-sports team as you help them in their rise to glory and become the best team in the world. But in order to reach that goal, your team will need your help Motivate them, identify their strengths and weaknesses, develop strategies, analyze the opponents’ matches, and most of all make sure that the team and players perform their best.

• Before the start of each match players and the coach will be doing a pick and ban system, just like draft picks in MOBA matches, be mindful of the champions your opponents and players play often and the compatibility of the teams’ champions overall.
• Each match follows deathmatch rules the team with the highest number of kills after one-minute wins. as the match starts it becomes an auto battler, now it’s up to your players to execute the plans that you made. Each champion has their own unique basic skill and ultimate that can only be used once in a set, that’s why it’s important to exercise good judgment during the Pick and Ban Phase.
• Improve your team by either recruiting better players or by training existing players. Each player has their own playstyles, attack/defense abilities, and champion skill levels some players can even possess differentiating skills. But always keep in mind the teams’ funds.
• Aside from training them directly, you can provide a better environment for them by building equipment or improving the existing facilities. The better the environment the better the player’s performance will be.

Team Fight Manager is a tough sell. The simulation and management elements are almost non-existent. The few that are present tend to be obtuse and poorly explained. Yet, the game within a game is brilliant and will really test your ability to think about strategy in a different way.
