Starpoint Gemini Warlords Reviews

Starpoint Gemini Warlords is a fine title with the occasional rough edge. Solid gameplay, with smooth controls, is hampered by a frustrating camera, but an interesting mix of single-ship combat and 4X civilization management, and great graphics, seal the deal.

The Overpowered Noobs

My relatively short experience thus far with Starpoint Gemini Warlords has me pretty impressed; play it as an RPG in space, a 4X game, or just explore endlessly without a plan – there’s a lot of choice in how you enjoy it. One thing is for sure: it will be a long time before you ever feel bored.

It’s a title that can be engrossing and fun that will literally eat hours of your life away instantly. Hopefully in time some of the smaller issues, like the bugs and UI issues can be patched but I would really like to see a rework of the controls.
