Skábma Snowfall is a mythology-themed casual adventure game developed by Red Stage Entertainment. The rhythm of nature is in danger! Step into the shoes of Áilu, a young Sámi herder searching for a runaway reindeer doe while an odd disease spreads across the area, affecting everything from the land to the people and animals. Time is running out for the infected, but as luck would have it, Áilu finds an old enchanted drum, Goavddis, containing within it the long-lost knowledge of Sámi healers.

The thing is, at least as far as the Switch version goes, you need to dig deep in order to see all that – and honestly, it’s hard to say that it’s worth it, all things considered. I’ve no doubt that Skabma – Snowfall is a very interesting, enjoyable game on systems that can handle it, but unfortunately the Switch isn’t one of those systems.
