A new DLC map for the game is set on a snow-covered archipelago called Sakhal, spanning an impressive 83km², featuring a breath-taking winter wilderness teeming with new challenges and opportunities for survival. This time the environment itself will be as much an adversary as the infected and other survivors.

A new DLC map for DayZ The new terrain brings with it luxuriant green landscapes, deep woods, overgrown fields, twisting rivers, tranquil lakes, murky marshes, a variety of decaying structures, and numerous relics of an extinct culture. You’ll run into other players more frequently in Livonia, whether they’re friendly or hostile. This erratic and persistent weather will present an extra obstacle because you’ll need to search diligently for safety equipment and shelter to defend yourself from the harsh elements.
