I purchased a Windows 11 Home OEM key for my new PC. Initially, the key I received showed an activation error. I contacted their customer support with screenshots of the issue. They replied very quickly, verified the problem, and offered me a replacement or a refund. I chose the replacement, and the new key worked perfectly. Excellent and trustworthy support!
I previously purchased a Retail Windows 10 Pro license from Royal CD Keys and it worked perfectly on my first device. When I later tried to activate the same key on a new build, I encountered an activation error. I reached out to their customer support and they got back to me within a few hours and provided a replacement key that activated without any issues.
Provided the wrong key for win11 pro. Bad support with stupid questions, which can not explain the error 'is used on another device'.
It was pretty good, First time i got a wrong key which didn´t work but as i contacted support, I found different solutions which led me to find a new key that successfully activated my windows, great support!
