Every code i've purchased was either a duplicate, or expired. Refund is done in in-store credits. To buy what? other non-working codes? Bordeline scam site.
I placed the order twice and it was cancelled both times. On top of that, the refund wasn’t issued to my original payment method but as a website voucher instead

I have already purchased some games and DLCs without any problems, until now. I placed the order on 2026-05-23 around 17:37, around 18:00 I received the friend requests on battle.net, after 72 hours of waiting plus 24 hours, I did not receive the Diablo 4 Lord of Hatred gift! I made a request to Kinguin and so far no solution! After this episode, I was contacted by Kinguin support, which provided good service, making direct contact with PAYLESS! A few hours later the case was resolved!
