Warning: Steam Family Sharing Scam This market tricks buyers by making it seem like the purchased game is registered to a Steam account. In reality, you only receive an empty account with Family Sharing enabled. If the original owner removes your access, you lose the game entirely. Despite no clear warning about this, customer support refused a refund—even though I didn’t change the account info or play the game. Beware before purchasing!
Don´t buy from this merchant! Just as others have reported I also got a Steam child account belonging to a family... With this kind of setup you cannot share the game with your main steam account and they can remove your account from the family. So whenever they feel like earning more money with the game they purchased on 1 account they can remove your account and connect another one...
I purchased a game and was given a STEAM child account belonging to a family. On the product page on their site, the only sentence about it is as follows: "Remember, you'll be playing from the account we provide." According to what an operator told me, the sentence is clear enough. As you can understand, I'm not able to share the library of the account provided with my main account. It seems to me to be done on purpose. I gave them my money. You draw your own conclusions.
BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM THIS SITE. they are real thieves, the support closes the chat in your face because they don't know what to answer...€15 lost, they try to sell you a game for the steam account, but it's not like that at all. really disappointed
The "customer service" are extremely rude and condescending and assume you don't know how accounts work. This website likes to not help it would seem.
