Pigeon Simulator finally takes flight! After much uncertainty, the chaotic bird adventure launches today on Xbox and Game Pass.

Who would’ve thought Pigeon Simulator would actually make it out? After missing its release window last year and seemingly vanishing from the radar, most players assumed it had been quietly cancelled. But against all odds, the game has returned and it’s officially out today!

Pigeon Simulator Launches Today on Xbox

It’s been a tough road for Pigeon Simulator. Originally slated for release last year, the game’s future didn’t look great when developer HakJak Studios was unexpectedly shut down by its parent company. Since then, its fate was completely up to tinyBuild and there weren’t any promises made.

But then the game showed up in Xbox Game Pass wave 1 announcement for November and gamers who waited for it couldn’t be more thrilled. Launching today November 11, Pigeon Simulator will release on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox for PC, and straight to Xbox Game Pass.

Since it’s a day-one launch, it will be available only to Ultimate and PC Game Pass members. The game is joined by 2 other games entering the service today. But unlike Pigeon Simulator, both Great God Grove and Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris will be available to Premium members too.

In Pigeon Simulator, you’re not just any bird, you’re a secret government agent in the Paranormal Examination & Kontainment unit tasked with protecting New Squawk City from bizarre anomalies. Team up with up to three other pigeons to hunt, neutralize, and extract strange threats while keeping your mission under wraps.
