Haunted House Renovator is the paranormal-themed simulation game by Image Power S.A., a Polish development team that first announced the title on March 21, 2022. Offering a paranormal investigative adventure where you play as a house renovator. A project that was funded on Kickstarter with great success.

And with numerous Playtests in 2024 as well as a game demo. Concluding the latest Playtest on April 8, 2025, preparing for the official game launch, which will debut first on Steam and later also on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. Haunted House Renovator: The New Release Date and Time

The Image Power S.A. team is finally ready to launch Haunted House Renovator. A project founded on Kickstarter with development starting in 2022. The game was initially scheduled for release on April 16, 2024 on Steam, but with a small delay now set to:

• April 30, 2025 at 9:00 AM EDT / 6:00 AM PST / 3:00 PM CEST

Bringing a fun game that combines the experience of a house renovator with that of a paranormal detective. With the game finally available on Steam, and a launch on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S expected to be announced soon.

Haunted House Renovator: Gameplay, Main Features and Roadmap

Haunted House Renovator offers a really interesting game. Combining two simulation subgenres that have been quite popular in recent years. Providing a complete house renovator experience, with various houses to renovate and sell. Alongside the “ghostbuster” aspect of the game. Offering:

• Simulation Adventure: Renovating houses for eccentric individuals, we are also tasked with exorcising the spirits that haunt them. We can choose a more peaceful approach or even a more radical one.
• Ideal for Everyone: An experience ideal for all, with a “spooky” atmosphere rather than a horror one. With settings and tips for beginners.
• Tools and Upgrades: We can rely on numerous tools of the trade, from cleaning and maintenance to redecorating interiors. Not to mention many ghost-hunting tools with upgrades.
• Endings and Choices: Depending on our approach, we will have 4 different endings. Also having 2 solutions for each infestation. We may even adopt some spirits.

An official launch followed by the content from the revealed Roadmap. A roadmap that will offer some of the features and additions promised through Kickstarter funding. Along with some new content that will extend until June offering:

• 1-2 Weeks: Primarily dedicated to fixes from player reports.
• 3-4 Weeks: Focused on game balancing with QoL features.
• Step 3: Adding Kickstarter features and content
• June: The first major update with the new location: Circus Director’s House.
