DoDonPachi Resurrection is a vertically-scrolling, shoot 'em up/Bullet Hell game the sequel to DoDonPachi Blissful Death developed by the prolific CAVE Interactive. Resurrection’s story begins when a Next EXY android goes back in time a thousand years ago to alter the past. we do not know yet its true intentions, but you have your orders Col. Godwin Longhener wants to destroy the Next EXY and the other elemental daughters at all cost. Who will you trust in these trying times, your mysterious superior or the once faithful guardians of humanity?

 
  • Choose from three different ships all with different fighting styles, utilize all your abilities cleverly or risk dying; Use the hyper counter system to destroy bullets and reflect lasers using the counter laser system.
  • Very intricate modes and difficulty system: DoDonPachi Resurrection has a total of 8 different modes Normal 1.5 – the intended difficulty, Normal 1.5.1 – a different scoring system, Arrange B – Play a single stage with highly customizable options, Novice – a game mode designed for new players, Black Label – pick a new ship at the start and a new final boss awaits at the end, and many more.
  • Invite a friend over to suffer with you in the Two player couch co-op mode.

There’s a wealth of incredible shooting in DoDonPachi Resurrection, showcasing Cave not just at its finest, but most creative as well.
