Vending Machine Co. is the new management simulation title from the team at Rogue Duck Interactive. A remote development team based in Las Vegas, formed in 2024 by the teams of Stratera Games (Turkey) and Tinymice Entertainment (Singapore).

This is the team behind numerous simulation and management titles, now offering a vending machine-themed tycoon game. It features a colorful style inspired by Japanese culture. Vending Machine Co.: A Colorful Vending Machine Management Game

The team at Rogue Duck Interactive just dropped a surprise reveal for their new title in development. Unveiling Vending Machine Co. as a new management-style Job Simulator game where you’ll get to manage a real Vending Machine empire. The game is slated for launch in Q4 2025 on Steam.

The reveal came on September 8, 2025, along with the Official Trailer for the game. It’s a colorful management game with a relaxing “kawaii” vibe. You’ll manage your vending machines throughout the neighborhoods of a Japanese city. With various locations, upgrades, and even cleaning and maintenance to keep in mind.

Vending Machine Co. – What It Offers and a Playable Demo

With an approach similar to Ship, Inc., Rogue Duck Interactive delivers a new management job simulator with a cute and relaxed style. It takes you to a city deeply inspired by Japanese culture. You’ll start with just a few machines and build a real empire. The Gameplay Offers:

• New Neighborhoods and Upgrades: Unlock new neighborhoods to install new machines. With many districts offering different types of customers and interests. Add new machines and improve your offerings.

• Buy and Sell: You can buy tons of items wholesale, not just drinks. This includes gadgets, ramen, and gashapon-style toys. Set the price according to the market and demand of each area.

• Maintenance and Features: You’ll also have to do maintenance with lots of little mini-games. Plus, you can add new features like coolers, hot drinks, and QR payments.

Along with the reveal, the team has released the game demo version 0.6.0, giving us a chance to try the game out. It offers the Komorebi Homes and Otaku Alley districts, with the full game version adding 6 more typically Japanese districts.
