I purchased the game Broken Arrow but didn’t receive the key. Now I have to wait 10 days for a refund, which is unacceptable. While the purchase technically went through, this kind of mistake and the slow resolution process leave a bad impression. Buy with caution – I personally wouldn’t buy here again.
