Sims 4 Seasons The key was nowhere to retrieve and there was no purchase confirmation email (though the purchase was visible on my paypal account). I contacted support and within 24 hours they replied telling me they were out of stock for any sims 4 packages and they issued a full refund (which i have received). The situation was dealt properly, but to avoid future disapointments it would be worth removing the listings that are out of stock :)
Trust the other bad reviews. I didn't and I never received my key.
I don't know where my previous comment has gone, but I'm updating it. Gamesrocket turns out not just a data phishing site for asking for unnecessary personal data without a valid support, but their support didn't have the decency to reply in English to my request (in English), they replied in German. After translating their email they gave me an address where I can request for refund, but that email doesn't work, it rejects every email. Gamesrocket is an annoying fraud, should be removed from Allkeyshop.
