Deceptive "Global" tag and zero customer care. Bought a Steam key for "Still Wakes the Deep" listed as Global, but it was region-locked and blocked in Ukraine. Provided full unedited proof showing the key was never redeemed (Ticket #ESGAT9). Support refused both a replacement and a refund, shifting blame to the buyer. They keep your money even with proof that the product is untouched. Avoid GameSeal!
Received the wrong key (21 digits instead of a 16 digit key). Contacted support (which we also pay for in the purchase) - The ticket response time is insane... Still waiting...
Avoid this reseller. I bought the key displayed as GLOBAL that clearly has country restriction. After contacting the support, sending screenshots and explaining the problem days have passed before I got any answer. When they finally answered me, they refused to give me any refund or replace the key shifting the blame on me.
I purchased two GiftMeCrypto codes from GameSeal, and both had already been redeemed well before my purchase date. I provided clear proof showing that the codes were used before they were ever sold to me, yet GameSeal has failed to respond to my emails or resolve the issue. Selling unusable codes is bad enough, but completely ignoring a customer after they provide documented evidence is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend GameSeal. Buyer beware.
