Most of the time, yes. It is possible that you may have to wait up to 24 hours for a key, but this is rare.
“New” means that your payment system is still processing your transaction and “Processing” means that the key is in the issue phase. Be patient, as this can take up to 24 hours.
Most of the time, an internal error code can happen if you are using a VPN. Please disconnect it if you are using one and try again. If you are still having trouble, please contact their support for help.

Honestly being "Manually reviewed" for a 12$ game purchase is pretty lame. Don't think I'd come back. If i was spending 100$+ I understand but my total was less than the price of lunch. It's a turn off to be treated like a criminal.
More than 24 hours and I still hadn't received the key... I contacted the store but didn't get any response. It leaves a lot to be desired compared to other stores. Unfortunately I will not buy from them again.
All good! Cheap and the key arrived immediately. Activation on Steam was no problem. I'd say, highly recommended!
24 hours and the key has not yet arrived, the e-shop does not communicate. As others write, it's a scam
Very low price, great! The website allows you to submit the purchase PRIOR your subscription, so you can buy stuff but you won't actually see the code without creating an account first. It's fair, but I wished I knew it earlier for transparency.
