I finally discovered that my license is a developer license. I should download office from a different site and version of it instead of what was on the instruction they provided to me. the key works, but my account on the shop is ereased still the assistance don't give me any sign of life, so i change my evaluation to 3 stars
DON'T BUY HERE, IT IS A SCAM! i bought a key for microdoft office, they told me that was "lifetime". after 6 months it stop working, so i went back to the shop but my account was ereased!!! in second instance, i have the suspect that they use the site to use your pc to mine because, only when visiting their site, the cpu loads reach immediately 100% (i have a i5 6600, so it really strange)
