Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree is the fantasy RPG action game from the Primal Game Studio team. A title that marks the debut of the small Budapest team. The game was first announced in February 2022 and launched a successful Kickstarter campaign in the same year.

With a dark fantasy 2.5D adventure, mixed with action RPG mechanics as well as metroidvania and soulslike features. The game will be available starting early 2025 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree: Gameplay and Key Features

Mandragora offers a 2.5D action RPG adventure. With a soulslike gameplay system mixed with metroidvania elements. Offering a flexible gameplay system through class and crafting mechanics, providing:

• Customization: With 6 available classes and hundreds of weapons and items to craft. The Talent system allows players to customize and discover their own playstyle.
• Souls-like Combat: Players will face various enemies, including bosses and mini-bosses. With a combat system based on soul mechanics, including parries and dodges, and multiple weapons and relics to enhance builds.
• A World to Explore: Explore the world of Faelduum with over 75 locations, and 60 quests full of secrets and rewards that will challenge players. With an intriguing story, a painterly art style, and a soundtrack by Septicflesh.
