Director Yarden just detailed the final demo patch before launch, and it addresses a major player request regarding combat fluidity.

According to the recent patch notes, players now have precise control over attack movement.

Holding a directional input carries you forward during basic attacks, while neutral inputs keep you stationary. This stops you from accidentally walking into spiked enemies mid-combo.

The update also buffs shadow settings, polishes lighting across various biomes, and fixes a persistent black screen issue during the ‘Template of Hands‘ transition.
