Update Nov 18 – PS Plus Extra’s Game Catalog is losing another title next month, one that wasn’t included in the official announcement. 11-11 Memories Retold will now join the nine other games already confirmed to leave on the 16th.
Original publication – Sony has now updated the Last Chance to Play section of PS Plus in Japan which shows nine games set to leave the service in December. The lineup includes the last VR title for the Premium tier. And since no new VR is coming, it’s safe to say that this feature has ended.
Games Leaving PlayStation Plus December 2025
Next month, PlayStation Plus subscribers will say goodbye to nine titles. While the “Last Chance to Play” section for the U.S. and Europe hasn’t been updated yet, Japan’s earlier time zone has given the reveal of the lineup which is set to leave the service on December 16th.
As with previous months, there are some accurate predictions on the list. Battlefield 2042 and Forspoken are among the titles confirmed to be leaving. For the second consecutive month, a Battlefield game is rotated out. Unfortunately as much as we cross every finger we have, BF6 is unlikely to come to PS Plus anytime soon.
It’s a different story to GTA however. While GTA 3 is included in the lineup to leave next month, today, we’re getting GTA V. That seems like a very fair trade.
Also part of the lineup is Arcade Paradise VR which is the last VR title available to PS Plus Premium members for free. This title has had a short run and with no new VR content coming, it’s safe to assume that this marks the end of the VR offerings for PS Plus Premium.

- Firefighting Simulator – The Squad
- Forspoken
- Grand Theft Auto III
- Sonic Frontiers
- Star Trek Bridge Crew
- Star Wars Tales From The Galaxy’s Edge
- Surviving Mars
- Arcade Paradise *PS Plus Premium
On a more positive note, PlayStation Plus subscribers have eight new games to look forward to today including GTA V, Pacific Drive, and Still Wakes the Deep. These fresh additions are sure to keep the catalog exciting as the service wraps up 2025.
