Destiny 2: Two of the Best Missions Are Returning With New Loot

During the latest Bungie livestream dedicated to Destiny 2, the team announced the return of two Exotic Missions most beloved by the community. Previously hinted at, Bungie has announced that with the upcoming Into The Light update, players will be able to relive these two Missions.

Destiny 2: What Are the Exotic Missions and the Best Weapons to Craft

The Exotic Missions are none other than The Whisper and Zero Hour. Two missions added respectively in 2018, among the first Exotic Missions, and the other in 2019. The two Exotic Missions will be available as usual in Normal and Heroic versions, where the former will reward players with the Whisper of the Worm sniper rifle for completing The Whisper, and the Outbreak Perfected pulse rifle for completing Zero Hour. Obviously, the Heroic versions will instead reward players with the Catalysts.

When Does Into The Light Arrive and When Will the Exotic Missions Be Available

The two Exotic Missions will return as part of the awaited Into The Light update, preceding The Final Shape, the biggest content for 2024 in Destiny 2. If Into The Light arrives on 9th April 2024, the update will cover the two months of April and May, whereas The Final Shape will arrive in June. And it is precisely for the month of May that Destiny 2 players will be able to tackle the Two Exotic Missions returning, thus having the opportunity to complete Into The Light and strive to obtain Whisper of the Worm and Outbreak Perfected, two weapons that despite the years still remain excellent gaming options especially with the Catalysts.

Into The Light will bring many new contents, especially in terms of weapons with an arsenal of 12 weapons from the Brave Collection, which includes some of the most beloved weapons in the community with additional buffs and enhancements. Powerful weapons of which 6 will be released on 9 April. While the remaining dropped at 2 of them every week, all of them will be obtainable for a limited period until June. A substantial update that will cover the two months before The Final Shape, which despite the name is not the final content of Destiny 2, which after 7 years still has a rather solid community.
