Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Season 3: Release Date & New Content Revealed

Thanks to a recent announcement, we finally have the upcoming content for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 and also for Warzone with the awaited Season 3. Coming in a few days, these game contents will help to boost the interest of players, especially for Modern Warfare 3, thanks to targeted multiplayer content with new maps and game modes.

What’s New in Modern Warfare 3 Season 3

Season 3 of Modern Warfare 3 brings numerous additions to the third installment of the Modern Warfare series reboot. Mainly aimed at revitalizing the multiplayer side, which had a difficult launch and hasn’t recovered much. If there’s also a shortage of maps and game modes, the “in-house” competition from Warzone certainly hasn’t helped this third reboot, whereas previous installments had a decidedly more positive response.

We have 4 new 6vs6 maps at the launch of the new season: 6 Star in a luxury resort in Dubai, Emergency in Arizona, a revised version of Sphere from CoD Vanguard in Growhouse, and Tanked based around an aquarium. With new maps coming midway through the Season. Then we have the return of Capture The Flag, One in the Chamber, and the new Minefield and Season Ranked Play. On the Zombie side, updates will come mid-season with a new Warlord, New Missions, Challenges, and Schematics.

Return to Rebirth Island: New Warzone Season 3 Content

Warzone also gears up for the new Season, and we have 4 new modes, 3 based on Rebirth Island: Lockdown, Resurgence, and Resurgence Loaded. Along with High Trip Resurgence. All accompanied by new contracts and public events featuring Rebirth Island itself, such as the mission to become its Champion. And of course, new features aimed at builds like the Upgrade Squad Rage Field and the valuable Perk Specialist package.

When Does the New Call of Duty Season 3 and Battle Pass Arrive

The long-awaited Season 3 of Call of Duty, with content for Modern Warfare 3 (2023) and Warzone, will arrive on 3rd April 2024. And as always, accompanying the new Season will also be the new Battle Pass bringing more than 100 tiers of content. Including 4 new weapons, 8 new components. Not to mention finally seeing the legendary Vladimir Makarov as an operator, and surprisingly the return of Snoop Dogg to Call of Duty! The Premium Battle Pass content will also include Stasis BlackCell operator and much more thanks to BlackCell content.
