About Rust

Trapped on an island with no food, water, or shelter, there is only one thing for you to do: survive!

• Explore a persistent open world to find the resources and supplies you’ll need to survive.
• Gather building materials and create your very own base, starting from a scrappy wooden shack and fortifying it to become a formidable fortress.
• Harvest different crafting materials to craft weapons, clothing, armor, and more. Make sure you have a steady supply of food and water as well.
• Meet other players as you explore. Befriend them and take refuge in the safety of numbers, or kill them to take their loot for yourself.

Rust Reviews

If you can get over the poor graphics, bugs and the constant attempts on your life, Rust: Console Edition has plenty to offer you. The game is definitely suited to a very niche group and that’s OK because once you overcome the initial learning curve, Rust can be great (especially if you can group up with friends or even other in game players).

If you’re really into this type of hardcore survival game and can get over the dated graphics, controls and overall feel and this was the only game you wanted to play everyday, 7 days a week for 8 hours a day, then I can honestly see you really enjoying Rust: Console Edition.
