The cities look beautiful, the buildings are tall, diverse, people walk the streets and do their thing, from some you can get side-quests, but we have the impression that this space is not used for anything interesting. All the quests you get are a boring "pick up that item, go there" type, there are no fun conflicts between buildings as you can see in the introductory animation, for all that "fulfillment" of inhabited parts of the space you tour in this game, they still seem empty and lifeless.
