Amazon Gaming’s 3rd December Luna drop adds 4 games: Bo Path of the Teal Lotus, Gunslugs 2, Ashworld, and Forgotten Realms The Archives Collection Three.

We’re at the third free games drop for December on Amazon Luna, and it’s landing right as the holiday countdown hits crunch time. With Christmas practically here, Amazon isn’t keeping it small this week with the rollout of four games, with critically acclaimed folklore Metroidvania, an explosive run-and-gun throwback, a big classic D&D compilation finale, and a gritty wasteland survival romp.

 

New Games To Claim For Free On Prime Gaming

This week’s Amazon Luna lineup is packed with variety and value, all claimable for Prime members. Headlining it is Bō: Path of the Teal Lotus, the beautifully animated action-platformer inspired by Japanese folklore. Even better, it recently received a major free expansion, The Tanuki Kabuki Content Update, adding post-game content, Boss Rush challenges, a new Tanuki Tracker questline, and a collectible gacha-style Bestiary system.

Also joining the lineup is Gunslugs 2, the over-the-top side-scrolling shooter that pays tribute to classic 80s and 90s action movies with nonstop explosions and bullet-storm chaos. It’s a perfect addition considering Gunslugs 1 was already made free for Prime members in last month’s drop.

For RPG fans, Forgotten Realms: The Archives – Collection Three arrives this week, completing the full Archives trilogy. With Collections One, Two, and now Three all available, Prime members can claim the entire classic AD&D Forgotten Realms lineup.

Rounding out the drop is Ashworld, a gritty open-world survival game set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland where scavenging, crafting, and brutal combat against road warriors and night-stalking enemies are key to staying alive.

With four games covering action, RPGs, survival, and beautifully crafted indie design, this week’s Amazon Gaming drop feels like a full-on holiday gift bag.

Bo: Path of the Teal Lotus is a colorful, hand-drawn 2.5D action-platforming adventure with Metroidvania elements, inspired by Japanese folklore, where you play as Bō, a celestial blossom, sent from the heavens to fulfill an ancient prophecy. Using a legendary bō staff, you’ll bounce, glide, and chain acrobatic movement through a mysterious interconnected world of dreamlike landscapes, haunted castles, and bustling mythic cities, meeting adorable and bizarre yokai and facing towering monsters pulled from legend.

   

Gunslugs 2 is a nonstop, side-scrolling action shooter where you join an elite squad of trigger-happy heroes to blast through overwhelming enemy forces with pure firepower, big explosions, and classic arcade-style chaos. The Black Duck Army has returned, now armed with alien tech and pushing their invasion beyond Earth, so you’ll storm signal towers, survive bullet storms, and fight everything from tanks and helicopters to giant robots and alien warships across seven distinct worlds with multiple levels each.

   

Ashworld is an open-world post-apocalyptic survival action game set in the desolate Ragelands, where fire, dust, and decay have erased the old world and basic resources like food and water are hard to come by. Stranded in this wasteland, you’ll scavenge abandoned skyscrapers, bunkers, and ruins for supplies, then craft, build, and upgrade your weapons and gear to stay alive against the brutal Ragers and the deadly Skellies.

Explore on foot or behind the wheel of quirky wasteland vehicles, fight with everything from chainsaws to plasma rifles, flamethrowers, and rocket launchers, and take on story-driven missions and side quests while leveling up and unlocking new skills.

   

Forgotten Realms: The Archives – Collection Three is the final entry in the Archives compilation which bundles Dungeon Hack and Menzoberranzan, capturing the classic hallmarks of the series, giving players party-based adventuring, sprawling dungeons, iconic locations, quests, loot, and a lot of monsters.

Dungeon Hack uses the Eye of the Beholder engine to deliver endlessly replayable, randomly generated dungeon-crawling, while Menzoberranzan sends you into the Underdark to rescue captured companions from the drow, where new tactics, creatures, and abilities raise the challenge in a story that intertwines with the fate of Drizzt Do’Urden.

   

How to claim the free GOG code from Prime Gaming?

Although the free codes are claimed on Prime Gaming, you will still need a GOG account as they are only redeemable on the said platform. So after you click ‘Get Game’ from the Prime website, head on over to the GOG code redemption page and click Continue. The game will then be automatically added to your account.
