During the game’s reveal, Nintendo executive Yoshiaki Koizumi told fans they could expect to “make discoveries and encounter all sorts of things” as they progress through the fun adventure.
Gameplay and Features
Yoshi and the Mysterious Book will feature familiar platforming mechanics, and throughout the story, players are likely to need to complete simple puzzles. During his adventure, Yoshi will meet new creatures and friends, including helpful frogs, helpful flowers, and more.
As it’s coming to Switch 2, the game will take advantage of Nintendo’s latest hardware, running at up to 4K at 60fps when docked and up to 1080p and 120fps in handheld mode. The game could also incorporate the Joy-Con 2 controllers and their new mouse controls.
