I bought 60 tickets and won 1 pack. Is it correct that my points for the 59 tickets which didn’t win were not refunded?

Congrats on winning the lottery. You only get a refund if you do not win. Points will be automatically returned to your account.
However if you win the lottery, all points used in purchasing tickets will not be refunded.
