Total War Warhammer 2 Rise of the Tomb Kings Legendary Lords
Additional two Total War Warhammer 2 Rise of the Tomb Kings Legendary Lords has been added to the game making a total of four Legendary Lords in the game. Each one is unique, having “their skills, traits, quest-chains, legendary wargear and situational challenges.”
The two lords that come with the Rise of the Tomb Kings are Settra The Imperishable and High Queen Khalida. In addition, players will also be introduced to Grand Hierophant Khatep and Arkhan the Black.

Settra The Imperishable
Settra is the highest in rank of all of the Tomb Kings. He is an immortal, ruthless leader and has an unquenchable thirst for conquest. He has an unyielding will that is so strong that he doesn’t have to go back to his sarcophagus to rest. Civilisations fear him as his wrath spreads wide.
He has the ability to reduce construction time and can add bonuses to growth and public order. Additional bonus armor is also given to Skeleton Chariot as well as Tomb Guard units. This lord has quite an assortment of unlockable mounts which includes the Khemrian Warsphinx and the Chariot of the Gods that is adorned with the flame wreath.
High Queen Khalida
High Queen Khalida is the Warrior Queen of Lybaras. She is known because of her bravery, honor, and intelligence. A tragedy has struck her when her cousin Neferata tried to create the Elixir of Life and ended up a flawed potion. This turned Queen Khalida into a Vampire and is the first ever vampire. She kills her cousin but gave her the Blood Kiss, while her life is being drained from her body she calls out to the serpent goddess Asaph. Asaph purified her and is now the chosen one of the goddess. She also has the divine venom in her veins.
Khalida hates all kinds of corruption and reduces all forms of it. She gives out diplomatic relations bonuses to the other factions of the Tomb Kings. She also offers a bonus ammunition to the ranged units of her faction. She can also give poison attacks to her units.
In addition, to these two lords are two very important characters for this faction. One would be the highest of the Liche Priests and the other is a principal lieutenant.
Grand Hierophant Khatep
Grand Hierophant Khatep is known as the oldest and wisest of all the Liche Priests. He is from the Mortuary Cult and is the head of the Hierophantic Council. He is the one who has awaken Settra as an undead but was still exiled by Settra because of his distrust of the Mortuary Cult. Khatep’s role is now to help the Tomb Kings in whatever way he can while he roams the Land of the Dead.
Khatep offers the Dynasty research rate bonuses as well as improvement in the casualty replenishment and army movement. He has the ability to call on more Liche Priest heroes as well as get them at a higher rank.
Akham the BlackAkham the Black was actually the principal lieutenant of Nagash. He leads many armies against the enemies of Nagash. He died with a suicidal counterattack leading to the escape of Nagash. He was brought to life once again in order to be the Liche King.
He offers bonus diplomatic relations with the Vampire Counts factions. He is well on guard with his region where he makes sure that they never suffer public order penalties from Vampiric corruption. Bonuses for melee attacks and defense is given to the Heroes in his army and all of them receive boost to their Winds of Magic Power Resume.
