Tekken 7 Patch for Consoles Available Now, Fixes Online Matchmaking

Bandai Namco has released the first Tekken 7 patch which fixes issues on online matchmaking. The patch is now live on Playstation 4 and on Xbox One. The update for PC will come some time next week.

Players have experienced some issues in online matchmaking during a Ranked Match when the game launched. The first Tekken 7 patch is expected to improve the said issue.

Patch #1 Improvements Log: Improved Online Matching Functionality 1. The following player information will no longer be displayed before a match: character selected, wins, rank, and title 2. Connection with other players can now be established more consistently 3. Improved Stability – ON/OFF feature added for voice chat – ON/OFF for voice chat added to OPTION menu. – Voice chat set to OFF as default setting. – Nina’s Ivory Cutter attack properties.
